Everything you need to know about your Tiffins subscription.
Every tiffin includes a fresh-cooked sabzi (vegetable dish), dal, rotis/phulkas, and steamed rice. Depending on your plan, you may also receive dessert, salad, and additional dishes. The exact menu rotates daily and is shared the evening before.
Basic and Standard subscribers can submit preferences (spice level, dietary restrictions, allergies) during sign-up. Premium subscribers get full customization including specific dish requests, portion adjustments, and the ability to swap items.
Basic and Standard plans deliver by 12:30 PM (lunch) and 7:30 PM (dinner). Premium subscribers get express delivery by 11:30 AM and 7:00 PM. You'll receive a live tracking link 30 minutes before delivery.
You can pause or cancel anytime from your account dashboard, no phone calls, no forms. Cancellations before the 5th of the month take effect the following month. There are no cancellation fees.
Everything is cooked fresh the same morning by our FSSAI-certified home chefs. We never use frozen meals or preservatives. Our packaging keeps food warm for up to 2 hours after delivery.
We can leave your tiffin at the door, with a neighbour, or at reception. You can also schedule a specific delivery window. Our thermal packaging keeps food at safe temperatures for up to 2 hours.
